Unsurprisingly in a place as wonderful as the South of France, things can get crowded. It’s easy to complain about the crowds, but it’s not hard to understand why people flock to this area.
That’s why one of the smartest things to do is escape to the little islands off the coast. This one in particular is so relaxing, Île Sainte-Marguerite. One of the things that makes Sainte-Marg so special is that the island is a nature preserve, and the entire thing smells distinctly of eucalyptus.
Each path on island usually ends in a sparkling cove, with crystal clear water, ripe for the swimming!
